Job summary

tdgFacilities is a dynamic facilities management company based in Cincinnati, OH, seeking an Operations Coordinator - Major Account to support service scheduling, delivery, efficiency, and analytics across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing teams.

You will own the full lifecycle of customer work orders, coordinate field staff and clients, and help drive proactive planning, invoicing accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years in scheduling, coordination, logistics, or operations support in a technical/field-service setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of customer work orders from intake to closure with clear communication.
• Coordinate between field staff, leadership, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage updates, escalate issues, and drive follow-through on all assigned work.
• Collaborate with the Account Director on resource planning and delivery timelines.
• Monitor schedules for mobile teams and adjust for conflicts or surges.
• Ensure timely submission of time, materials, and documentation for invoicing.
