Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers on scheduling and updates.
• Review technician service reports for accuracy and complete documentation.
• Coordinate parts quotes, track orders, and schedule return visits.
• Monitor open service jobs for timely completion and billing readiness.
• Collaborate with regional leads, billing, parts, and internal teams.
