Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to demonstrate mechanical aptitude and grow skills across our range of products and services. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service at customer sites.

You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, installation, and connectivity troubleshooting, traveling within the assigned territory while maintaining equipment and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery
• Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily
• Exposure to IT networks a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, including diagnostics, break/fix, installation, hardware removal and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to diagnose and repair production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory and manage inventory and scheduling with customers.
• Develop professional customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document service visits and updates for each client account; log progress and results.
• Collaborate with Account Management to help resolve customer issues.
