Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Associate 2 in the Indianapolis area to service and repair Konica Minolta equipment on customer sites. Training is provided, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a company laptop and phone supplied.

The role requires 0-2 years of related experience, a HS diploma or GED, and preferred IT networking knowledge. You will build customer relationships and log service visits while collaborating with the account team.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• A+ or N+ Certification preferred and exposure to IT Networks a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, including diagnostics and installation.
• Use tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within territory and communicate scheduling.
• Develop professional customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Log service visits and document updates in Konica Minolta Systems.
• Collaborate with Account Management to resolve issues.
