The Taylor Group is seeking a skilled Service Technician to maintain excellent customer relations for Taylor Machine Works equipment through prompt service and on-site support. You will build relationships, train customers when needed, and ensure proper reporting for billing and warranty purposes.

Responsibilities include planning travel, diagnosing malfunctions, arranging facilities for repair, testing machines, and staying current with skills through training.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling in hydraulics and diesel engine repair.
• 3 years of on-the-job diesel mechanics/hydraulics experience.
• DOT certification; valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Plan work/travel with Service Supervisor prioritizing customer needs.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair/replace parts to keep machines operating.
• Provide tools, parts, and arrange for on-site repair at customer locations.
• Inspect and test machines on delivery, maintenance intervals, and after repairs.
