Job summary

A technology service provider in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Field Service Master Production Technician. Ideal candidates should have an Associate Degree or equivalent technical training, A+ Certification, and at least 5 years of industry experience. Qualifications

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites.
• Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods at times.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Maximize equipment up-time through timely repairs and customer training.
• Assist with the development of FSAT and FST assigned to the Field Service Team.
• Analyze customer needs and recognize business opportunities.
