Job summary

Culligan Quench seeks a Field Service Manager in the Phoenix area to lead a team of Field Service Technicians, oversee installations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The FSM will support the Regional Service Director and contribute to field operations.

Requirements include 2–5 years of management, plumbing or related technical background, OSHA-10, and proficiency with MS Office. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience
• Strong communication skills
• OSHA 10-hour certification or training within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Service Technicians
• Train new staff in the assigned region
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective customer management
• Plan site surveys and inspections for water filtration/dispensing equipment
• Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Service Director
• Assist with new hires and onboarding processes
• Occasional travel for field visits
