Republic Elite Holdings, LLC is seeking a Field Service Manager to oversee multiple installation projects across an assigned territory from kickoff to completion. You will serve as the central liaison among customers, vendors, and internal teams, driving smooth project flow and a superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, independent environment.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS software and project management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience working independently.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to create structure across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation project with customer.
• Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
• Anticipate and resolve customer issues.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with customers, sales, and administration.
• Maintain strong visibility on job site
