Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an ES Field Project Manager to exercise independent judgment and manage field service projects at client sites, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and profitable execution of the defined scope of work.

You will oversee all project phases from proposal through completion, coordinate with sales and operations, manage budgets and invoicing, and lead field teams to deliver commitments while maintaining health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Some positions may require a geology/environmental science degree per contract.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of proposal preparation and submission.
• Develop safety plans and ensure regulatory compliance at field sites.
• Monitor budgets, spend, and profitability; manage purchase orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Territory Sales Executive and Operations/GM for budgets and targets.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and training is up to date.
• Lead field service teams and manage subcontractors and resources.
