Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager in Bowie, MD to lead a team of Service Technicians delivering pest control services to recurring customers. The role emphasizes service quality, safety, and customer experience while ensuring compliance and performance standards.

Responsibilities include coaching technicians, managing routes and schedules, daily field audits with ride-alongs, and supporting sales opportunities. A valid driver’s license and 21+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians, facilitating regular meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
• Issue pest control products and chemicals to technicians, conduct daily field audits through ride-alongs, and provide feedback to the Service Manager on findings.
• Monitor technician schedules and service routes, including high-priority and emergency services, run performance reports, and conduct regular truck inspections to ensure equipment, inventory, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
