Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Bowie, MD is seeking a Service Technician to perform pest control treatments and deliver outstanding customer service during scheduled visits. You will inspect for signs of pest activity, explain treatments, and maintain accurate service records.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, following safety standards, and communicating with the office. A valid driver's license and 1+ year of customer service experience are preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (company vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, and maintain service records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles; follow policies and safety standards.
