EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician in Bowie, MD to deliver specialized pest control services, including termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. The role emphasizes high-quality service delivery, documentation, and safe operations.

You will explain treatment plans to customers, follow routes, and maintain accurate records while working with office staff to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services (termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work).
• Complete initial indoor/outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and safety.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers and address questions.
• Follow service routes/schedules and coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
