Zusammenfassung

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead field supervisors and optimize the fleet’s performance and reliability. You will ensure the right people, parts, tools, and processes are in place to safely execute planned and reactive maintenance across the fleet.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, Logistics, Safety, and Customer Operations to identify risks, remove barriers, and drive continuous field service improvements at our Menlo Park HQ.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressively responsible Field Service, O&M, or industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors or frontline leaders.
• Experience coordinating distributed field teams across geography.
• Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience allocating workforce capacity and resources; using metrics to improve outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience and collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Directly manage Field Service Supervisors and set safety and execution expectations.
• Monitor fleet availability, reliability, and downtime; drive improvement actions.
• Plan workforce and resources across growth, geography, and workload needs.
• Forecast maintenance demand with Supply Chain; ensure needed parts and tools.
• Oversee maintenance campaigns, outages, and major campaigns.
• Bridge Field Service with Engineering, Reliability, and Operations to close issues.
