Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Service Manager in the United States (King of Prussia, PA area) to lead the Field Service Technician team and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You will direct, coach, and develop technicians to build a high-performing group that delivers outstanding service and supports EchoStar’s innovative connectivity platforms.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to lead, develop, mentoring, and coaching of technicians.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including 45+ hours a week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and develop technicians to deliver high customer service and 100% satisfaction.
• Lead field operations and manage inventory, fleet and performance across facilities.
• Oversee on-site inspections, coaching, and adherence to safety standards.
• Address escalated customer and/or employee issues and improve team performance.
