Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of related experience helpful but not required.
• Willingness to relocate highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate others.

• Ability to build rapport with customers and employees.
• Detail oriented with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are completed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met/exceeded.
• Respond to customer concerns, including cancelation resolutions.
• Inspect and evaluate Pest Technicians’ performance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of pest control products.
• Facilitate ongoing training of local sales and service teams.
