Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and managing parts inventories across multiple locations and customers.

The role requires travel (20–80%), a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain CDL endorsements. A HS diploma and technical experience in process water are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CDL class A or B with endorsements.
• Clean driving record.
• 2–5 years of technical work experience in process water.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities at customer sites safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot systems proactively and maintain parts inventory.
• Collaborate with team and communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain safe working environment and protect company assets.
• Travel 20–80% as required (overnight stays).
