Hobart Service is seeking a Service Manager to lead the branch service operations and coach a technical team. You will collaborate with dispatch, parts, and administration to raise customer satisfaction and service revenue while upholding company policies.

This role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and hands-on experience in managing a diverse service team, with frequent travel within the branch territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Associates or Bachelors degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience and previous management experience.
• Experience leading a field service team and customer-facing metrics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage a highly technical field service team.
• Support technicians with installations, preventative maintenance, warranty and post-warranty support, emergency visits, etc.
