Himmel’s Architectural Door and Hardware in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Field Service Manager. The role oversees maintenance teams, coordinates project tickets, and ensures quality and safety on site.

You will lead field operations, manage schedules, communicate with customers, and work with Smartsheet, Excel, Comsense, and Outlook to keep installations on track.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook & Bluebeam.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct morning team meetings.
• Submit project tickets to Prairieville & New Orleans warehouse teams.
• Communicate with customers regarding project status.
• Generate installation packets for onsite visits.
• Coordinate with lead technicians for pre-install to onsite work.
• Visit job sites for quality checks and safety audits.
• Compose daily maintenance schedules from orders and updates.
• Submit finalized work orders to Accounting for billing.
• Manage maintenance team’s tool & PPE inventory.
• Schedule routine maintenance on Himmel’s fleet vehicles.
• Oversee maintenance for all LA-based projects.

Himmel’s is a growing organization with locations in New Orleans, Prairieville, Houston, Dallas, and Nashville. We pride ourselves as door opening experts, not simply a construction material supplier. Our family owned and operated company is currently seeking a **Field Service Manager** to join our team at our **Grapevine, TX.**Location!This position is scheduled Monday -Thursday 7am – 4:30pm and Friday 7am – 3:30pm with occasional overtime required. **Field Service Manager****Job Responsibilities** * Conduct morning team meetings.* Submit project tickets to our Prairieville & New Orleans warehouse teams.* Communicate with customers regarding the status of their project(s).* Utilize the following programs: Smartsheet, Excel, Comsense, and Outlook.* Generate installation packets for upcoming onsite visits.* Communicate with lead technicians who oversee all installations, from pre-install to onsite installations.* Visit job sites as needed.
