Job summary

Quinn Residences in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams, manage vendors, and align daily operations with budget and service goals. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will balance resident experience, asset preservation, and cost control while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Charlotte property.

Qualifications

• Must possess multitasking abilities across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for on-site supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Excel; experience with Yardi or similar PM software.
• EPA/HVAC certification is required and preferred for on-site maintenance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff and vendors to ensure work meets standards.
• Manage property-level budgets, expenses, and KPI reporting to Portfolio Manager.
• Maintain resident satisfaction standards and enforce company policies on-site.
• Coordinate rehab/turn and maintenance operations balancing resident experience, asset preservation, and costs.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations for maintenance team.
