Job summary

You will develop and implement maintenance policies, supervise tasks, coordinate with departments, and manage reporting, expenses, and budgets to optimize facility performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role.
• High school diploma or technology graduate.
• Maintenance knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, expenses, and budgets.
• Maintain building compliance with codes and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance work to avoid disruptions to resident care.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Supervise and oversee all maintenance tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
