Job summary

Quinn Residences is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to oversee on-site maintenance and supervise staff and vendors at the Charlotte, NC property. You will partner with the Portfolio Manager to drive resident satisfaction, ensure timely completion of work orders, and maintain expense controls while upholding safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting awareness, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, maintenance-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EPA/HVAC certification is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task across several projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site maintenance staff and outside vendors.
• Manage day-to-day service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Protect asset value by balancing budgets with quality and timelines.
• Provide leadership in training, hiring and evaluating on-site teams.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to meet KPI targets and reporting requirements.
