Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business or related program at an accredited college.
• Strong MS Office skills and data handling capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Interest in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on tests.

Responsibilities

• Update / Create SOPs to standardize procedures.
• Track and analyze customer complaints for insights.
• Develop Field Service KPI dashboard to monitor performance.
• Track parts escalations and support cross-functional teams.
