Job summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR subsidiary, offers an internship in Denton, Texas. The Field Service Liaison Intern will assist the Field Service Support team on various projects and reports, gaining hands-on exposure to operations, data, and customer service in a manufacturing environment.

You will help update SOPs, track customer complaints, build KPI dashboards, and monitor parts escalation, while developing professional skills and building a network within a global Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college business or related program.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Update or create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track and analyze customer complaints.

Requisition Summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an internship for students currently enrolled in college. This opening is for a Field Service Liaison Intern to add to our Field Service Support team in Denton, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:

• Update / Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Customer Complaint Tracking & Analysis
• Field Service KPI Dashboard
• Parts Escalation Tracking

Required Qualifications

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Business, or a related program.
