Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, chemistry, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field service, plant production or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, chemistry, mechanics and related tech.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve highly complex technical issues and service calls.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance strategy planning.
• Mentor Operators and lead field teams.
• Manage projects including installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Document activities and maintain detailed records.
