Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across industries. You will troubleshoot, perform maintenance, and conduct analytical testing to meet contract specifications, with an emphasis on safety and quality.

The Lead FSR role includes mentoring other technicians, owning site metrics, and coordinating with customer management and operations teams to ensure optimal equipment

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment (valves, compressors, pumps, instrumentation).
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals and replacements.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings and electrical schematics.
• Other duties as assigned.
