Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions seeks a Field Service Representative Lead to provide operations and maintenance on water treatment systems, across multiple industries. You will troubleshoot, service, and test systems, and lead and train other FSRs while owning site metrics for your coverage areas.

You will travel regionally, perform calibration and maintenance, and ensure contract requirements are met regarding volume and quality of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years’ service/maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bachelor/Associate degree in Science/Engineering or instrumentation certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork; provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC) and other site-specific tests.
• Review customer plant installations against WTS reference drawings, electrical schematics and general arrangements.
• Other duties as assigned.
