Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a Shift Lead Field Service Representative to provide expert technical support, maintain site relations, and lead local field teams for on-site operations and level 1 maintenance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in field service or technical support, with strong electronics, chemistry, and systems knowledge.

You will mentor Operators and coordinate projects while ensuring safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in field service, plant production or technical support.
• Expert knowledge of electronics, chemistry, mechanics, computer systems, and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor a team of Operators.
• Project management skills and experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve highly complex technical issues and service calls.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance strategy on a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Mentor a team in conducting level 1 preventive maintenance, system optimization, and performance tuning tasks.
• Manage and coordinate technical projects, including installations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Operators.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Maintain account management activities via Veolia digital tools and safety inspections.
