Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a field trainer to coach and supervise service professionals, ensuring high-quality pest control services. You will deliver in-field training, inspect work for compliance, and conduct quality audits across customer accounts.

The role requires in-field presence with service professionals and a strong ability to interpret safety and procedural manuals. A GED or HS diploma is required, with preference for a 2-year degree and 1–2 years industry experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year degree preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of industry experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors and motivates service professionals to provide quality service to all customers.
• Provides continuous, in-field training and coaching to service professionals.
• Inspects pest management work for compliance with standards.
• Conducts random quality audits of accounts to meet branch goals.
• Takes responsibility for servicing pest routes when necessary.
• Spends at least 90% of time in the field with service professionals.
