Job summary

Harvard Integrations in Tea, SD seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead on-site service activities for warranty and installation projects, install or repair systems, and coordinate with customers and their contractors.

Responsibilities include supervising field crews, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance, maintaining tools and vehicles, recording activities, and communicating issues to the Field Service Manager. The role requires travel as needed and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across levels of staff, vendors, and customers.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and electrical drawings.
• Willingness to develop skills across manufacturing.
• On-site work in Tea, SD during non-travel times.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to field service work.
• Maintain OSHA/EPA compliance and safety standards.
• Coordinate activities with customers and their contractors on site.
• Supervise field installations and document all field service activities.
• Maintain and repair components and supervise team performance on site.
• Interface with shop supervisors, production management, and design engineers as needed.
