Harvard Integrations is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead field service work, installations, and on-site supervision in Tea, SD. The role requires coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This position requires strong communication, leadership, and manufacturing experience, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. On-site work and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Electrical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to coach and develop employees.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and job cost/inventory software.

Responsabilités

• Lead all field service activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and labor laws.
• Coordinate on-site activities with customers and contractors.
• Supervise site installations and document field service work.
• Maintain and service on-site equipment and vehicles.
• Train employees and assist in production tasks when not traveling.
• Interface with shop supervisors, production management and engineers.
• Maintain quality and a clean, safe work area.
