Job summary

IES is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to support operational excellence across multiple project sites in Greenville, SC. The role collaborates with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality and timely project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in field supervision or related roles.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience considered.
• Licenses or certifications may be required depending on duties.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting for responsibilities.
• Assist leadership and teams with daily operations.
• Ensure quality and customer expectations are met.
• Travel to support projects as needed.
• Work on-site at client locations and job sites.
