A dynamic distributor of industrial supplies is seeking a SupplySight Field Service Representative. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory at customer facilities, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. Eligible candidates will have at least a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and some B2B sales or merchandising experience. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits, including paid time off and a quarterly bonus incentive program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, merchandising or related degree highly preferred.
• Valid state issued driver license required.
• 1-year B2B Sales and/or Merchandising/Operations experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at customer facilities.
• Develop relationships with key customer personnel.
• Act as first line of contact for customer queries and product support.
• Maintain organized inventory in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with inside operations team and outside sales representative.
• Utilize company vehicles for inventory management programs.
