Job summary

MSW MACHINERY SOLUTIONS seeks a hands-on Field Service / Installation Engineer to install, commission, and troubleshoot industrial machinery at customer sites across the region and beyond. You will read electrical and mechanical drawings, perform millwright work, and collaborate with electricians and controls engineers.

Travel is required for extended periods, with generous per diem and benefits. This role emphasizes problem solving, independence, and a strong hands-on approach to get projects

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and commissioning industrial machinery.
• Ability to install electrical components and troubleshoot systems.
• Hands-on experience with millwright tasks and machine moves.
• Comfort reading electrical and mechanical schematics and layouts.
• Familiarity with industrial automation or manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission industrial machinery at customer sites.
• Perform mechanical and electrical installation and troubleshooting.
• Assist with rigging, equipment moves, and positioning.
• Conduct millwright and industrial maintenance work as needed.
• Read schematics and drawings to guide work and repairs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and resolve field issues with customers.
• Collaborate with electricians, millwrights, controls engineers, and techs.
• Communicate professionally and represent the company on site.
• Travel to customer facilities for installations and service calls.
