Job summary

Manufacturing-Maintenance-Solutions- is seeking a Field Service Engineer Specialist to diagnose and repair CNC and manufacturing equipment across customer sites. The role requires local travel, day shifts, and a strong focus on minimizing downtime with hands-on troubleshooting.

You will install, calibrate, and commission new machines, read schematics, and provide technical guidance to customers. A background in electrical/mechanical diagnostics and customer-facing support is essential for

Qualifications

3–5+ years in field service, industrial maintenance, CNC repair, or equipment troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.
Repair equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
Install, commission, and calibrate new machinery and systems.
Troubleshoot CNC controls, PLCs, drives, motors, and automation components.
Read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Provide training and technical support to customers.
