Job summary

Franklin Electric is seeking a technically skilled professional based in the Northeast US to support water systems projects. You will train distributors and field personnel, test and troubleshoot products, and represent the company at events, driving product demonstrations and field support.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and up to 70% travel with significant overnight commitments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related water systems or industry experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience (required).
• Travels 70 percent of the time, including up to 50 percent overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and provides technical training to distributor personnel, contractors, dealers, and/or installers.
• Tests and troubleshoots Franklin Electric products; supervises and assists at product installations.
• Promotes and represents Franklin Electric products at tradeshows and events; conducts product demonstrations.
• Collects and reports marketing information on competitors and customer needs.
• Writes weekly and special reports to highlight site or product issues.
• Interprets technical instructions and variables in mathematical/diagram form.
• Communicates information clearly to customers, clients, and colleagues.
