Field Service Engineer + Warehouse at N Consulting Ltd

1. Device Imaging Support
   • Imaging of end-user devices as per client-approved build standards.
   • Installation of required operating system images and approved business applications.
   • Basic validation of imaged devices before handover or deployment.
2. On-site User Enrolment Support
   • Support users during on-site enrolment activities.
   • Assist with device setup, access validation, and initial user readiness checks.
   • Coordinate with users locally to complete enrolment-related activities.
3. Device Pickup & Refurbishment
   • Pickup of devices from users or designated client locations.
   • Refurbishment of returned devices for reuse or redeployment.
   • Basic checks to ensure devices are ready for the next operational step.
4. Warranty Case Management
   • Coordination and management of device warranty cases.
   • Liaison with relevant support teams or vendors for warranty-related actions.
   • Tracking and follow-up of warranty cases until closure.
5. Disk Wipe Activities
   • Performing disk wipe activities on returned or retired devices.
   • Ensuring devices are wiped as per approved process.
   • Supporting secure handling of devices during wipe and refurbishment activities.
6. Appointment Scheduling
   • Scheduling appointments with end users for device-related activities.
   • Communication with users in local German language where required.
   • Coordination of appointment slots for enrolment, pickup, or other support tasks.
7. Warehouse Engineer Support
   • Support warehouse-related IT device handling activities.
   • Assist with device storage, movement, preparation, and inventory-related coordination.
   • Support operational activities for the Essen and Berlin locations.
   • Two engineers equipped with a car and holding a valid driver's license.
