Job summary

Purple Drive Technologies is seeking a field service professional to provide on-site support for UPS, PDU, and battery systems across customer locations. The role covers installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable power infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have military technical experience or relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and service software. Expect travel to customer sites and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

ASEET/AMEET certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
4+ years military technical experience OR 2+ years industry experience.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and test equipment.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and service software.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDU, power products, and battery systems (2-120 KVA).
Provide on-site and remote customer support.
Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
Complete service reports, inventory tracking, and administrative documentation.
Follow safety procedures and meet customer response-time requirements.
