Job summary

NeuroStar is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, upgrade, maintain and repair the NeuroStar TMS Therapy System across the territory. You will provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, perform preventive maintenance, and schedule service visits with precision.

Strong documentation and travel readiness are essential. Required: AS in Technology or equivalent and 5–7 years of experience servicing complex electromechanical medical devices.

• Advanced electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience servicing complex, software-based electromechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair the NeuroStar TMS Therapy System and subsystems.
• Provide on-site and phone-based technical support to minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and service plans.
• Input service data into the department database with accuracy.
