Job summary

Neuronetics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, upgrade, maintain, and repair NeuroStar TMS systems across a designated territory. You will provide hands-on mechanical, electronic, and software troubleshooting, with on-site and remote support to minimize downtime.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience servicing electromechanical devices, excellent organization, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel and adherence to field service KPIs are expected.

Qualifications

• AS in Technology or equivalent.
• 5-7 years' experience servicing complex, software-based, electromechanical devices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair NeuroStar systems and subsystems in a territory; travel may be required.
• Provide in-depth mechanical, electronic, and software troubleshooting.
• Process service dispatches via phone and on-site support to minimize downtime.
• Develop Preventive Maintenance schedules and perform inspections on time.
• Create and maintain a service schedule according to priorities.
• Input all service data into the department database with accuracy.
