Job summary

Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division North America seeks a Field Service Technician to repair, maintain and service rental equipment in the Arlington, WA area. You will travel to customer sites, work remotely as needed, and ensure equipment performance and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in industrial field service, an electromechanical background, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in challenging environments. English proficiency required, additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic.
• Electromechanical degree or training.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems.
• Good command of English; second language a bonus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tough environments.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field.
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
• Improve measurable targets for business goals.
• Document all work performed daily using company hardware and software.
