Job summary

Atlas Copco in Arlington, WA is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide expert repair services for our industrial equipment. You will travel to customer sites across the territory, performing maintenance, repairs, and preventative services to ensure uptime and reliability.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will maintain field equipment fleets, document work with our hardware and software tools, and contribute to process improvements and safety standards.

Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic.
Electromechanical degree or equivalent training.
Maintenance, overhaul and repair of electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems.
Good English, second language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
Maintain fleet in the field.
Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory.
Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
Improve measurable success to business targets.
Document all work performed daily using company hardware and software.
