Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Aledo, TX seeks a Field Service Technician for specialty rental to service, repair, and maintain equipment in the field and at customer sites. You will travel within your territory, perform preventative maintenance, and document work using our company systems.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager and join a safety‑conscious, results‑driven team. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years as an industrial field service mechanic, an electromechanical background, and

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic
• Appropriate electromechanical degree or training
• Demonstrated expertise in maintenance, overhaul and repair of equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
• Good command of English; second language is a bonus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments with temperature extremes

Responsibilities

• Report to the Customer Support Manager
• Maintain fleet in the field
• Repair down equipment in the field and at customer locations
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the territory
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines
• Improve measurables to support business targets
• Document all work daily using company hardware and software
