Job summary

Atlas Copco Rental LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform in-field repairs and preventative maintenance across the territory. This role will support customers by keeping rental equipment in peak condition and delivering reliable service.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager, travel frequently within the United States, and work in industrial environments with lifting requirements and temperature variations. English fluency is required with a second language a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience as an industrial field service mechanic.
• Electromechanical degree or equivalent training.
• Experience maintaining, overhauling and repairing electrical, hydraulic and/or pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Customer Support Manager.
• Maintain fleet in the field.
• Repair down equipment at customer locations and in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance across the territory.
• Develop and optimize efficient processes and routines.
• Document all work daily using company hardware and software.
