Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Burlington, VT is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repair on ASML DUV and PAS5500 systems at customer sites, with limited supervision.

You will travel up to 25%, work 12-hour shifts, and train customers while escalating complex issues to second-line support. A bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 4+ years in semiconductor field service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in semiconductor field service is preferred.
• Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics or semiconductor processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and irregular maintenance on ASML systems with limited supervision.
• Coordinate problem handovers to 2nd line support and document data for resolution.
• Execute repairs and standard service actions independently.
• Arrange parts, tools, and information for procedures in customer windows.
• Explain actions to users, train customers in routine maintenance and usage.
