Job summary

ASML is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support installations, qualification, repair and maintenance at customer sites, with extensive travel and clean-room work. You will diagnose issues, run action plans, and interface with senior engineers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 2–4 years of hands-on experience across mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, or semiconductor processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field is required.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, or semiconductor processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel VBA.
• Customer-focused mindset from academic or professional settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and coordination duties with reports and pass-downs.
• Service and maintain HMI and SBI equipment at customer sites, including clean room work.
• Install, upgrade, and relocate equipment as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; escalate as required.
• Coach junior engineers and contribute to improvement proposals.
• Prepare technical action plans with cross-functional input.
