Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and coordination duties with reports and pass-downs.
  • Service and maintain HMI and SBI equipment at customer sites, including clean room work.
  • Install, upgrade, and relocate equipment as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams; escalate as required.
  • Coach junior engineers and contribute to improvement proposals.
  • Prepare technical action plans with cross-functional input.
