Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; combination of education/skills considered
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry preferred
• Minimum 4+ years’ Field Service Engineer experience preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software preferred
• Specialized knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and semiconductor processes

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and irregular maintenance on ASML systems at customer sites
• Analyze problems, gather information, and decide on initial approach to solve issues
• Coordinate with 2nd line support and document data for problem resolution
• Replace parts and perform repairs and standard service actions
• Explain actions to users and train customers in maintenance
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to stakeholders
• Travel up to 25% and work at customer sites with 12-hour shifts
