Responsibilities

• Problem analysis and approach - gather information, analyze, decide on initial approach and execute, escalate when needed.
• Problem handovers and routing - hand over problem aspects to others, document and package data for resolution.
• Repairs - use tools, replace parts, adjust settings, perform standard service actions independently.
• Procedures - arrange parts, tools, equipment and information for start of procedure and execute.
• Training / advice - explain actions to users, train customers in use and routine maintenance.
• Process optimization - identify gaps and improvement opportunities and report to stakeholders.
