Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Problem analysis and approach – gather information, analyze and decide on initial approach.
• Problem handovers and routing – handover data to others and document data for resolution.
• Repairs – use tools, replace parts, adjust settings to perform repairs.
• Procedures – prepare parts/tools/information to start procedures.
• Training / advice – explain actions to users and train on maintenance.
• Process Optimization – identify gaps and report improvements.
