Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an ambitious Field Service Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain Wet Processing equipment for a semiconductor industry leader. You will learn cutting-edge technologies and support customer satisfaction during on-site service.

The successful candidate will undergo a six-month training period with travel to various training locations. Upon completion, the position reports to our customer in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, robotics, and computer controls is expected.
• Knowledge of semiconductor safety and clean room environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Wet Processing equipment.
• Isolate and resolve equipment malfunctions and take corrective action.
• Assist with new processes, methods, and designs.
• Build relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as onsite contact for equipment and field activities.
