Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform service, repair, and installation of products at customer sites. You will diagnose system failures, escalate complex issues, and respond to support calls within the assigned territory.

The role requires 2 years of technical experience, willingness to travel including overnight stays, and basic computer/Word proficiency. Benefits and company support are provided in a global network environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical experience.
• Basic computer/technical skills (email, software, Word).
• Ability to perform physical requirements with/without PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment.
• Install Videojet products at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems.
• Build strong relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Promote service agreements and newer technology.
